PIZZE Z TORTILLI

SKŁADNIKI:

• 4 tortillas (regular or gluten-free if that’s best for you)
• Del Monte passata
• 125g tub of ricotta
• 1 can of artichoke hearts
• 125g fresh mozzarella ball
• Handful of button mushrooms
• Basil pesto
• Rocket or watercress

PRZYGOTOWANIE:

1)Preheat the oven to 200°C and prepare baking trays with baking parchment before placing the tortillas on the trays. 2)Using a spoon, dish out the passata across the tortillas and spread to coat the base. 3)Prepare the other ingredients: slice the artichoke hearts, rip apart the mozzarella ball and finely slice the button mushrooms. 4)Then it’s time to dress your pizzas, dollop the ricotta, place the mozzarella and scatter the artichokes and mushrooms. Pop it into the oven for 7 or 8 minutes until the cheese has melted and started to brown. 5)Remove from the oven, throw on a handful of rocket or watercress, add the pesto, slice and serve.
